Friendly and hardworking Assistant Front of House Manager with proven leadership experience in fast-paced settings. Committed to delivering exceptional guest service through quality products, timely service, and quick resolution of complaints and issues.
I am responsible for front-of-the-house operations, onsite and offsite. I am able to work with a radio, POS, air-table, Microsoft Excel Sheet, ticket scanners, make schedules, work with artists, and operate Kabota carts. I also work on future shows' prep work by hiring, sending out festival information, travel guidance emails, checking inventory pallets, ordering supplies, and having meetings through Zoom. On site, I go over operations such as radio verbiage, job expectations, health and safety, food stations, and festival rules. I also oversee the entire lounge operations by checking all booths, security, artist, lighting, and checking on attendees. My goal is to create the best experience for the attendees and employees from the beginning of the show to the end.
I was in charge of being the key holder, inventory specialist, and sales associate. I would work with Microsoft Excel Sheet, POS, Google Sheet, the online website, and the Metric system. I'm able to read invoices, handle delivery intake, receive customer service calls, make customer sales, set up delivery orders, and collect the cash flow from the end of the shift. I specialized in making sure all inventory was organized, matching up numbers to POS, and restocking the sales. I would also be in charge of holding the meeting with the city inspectors and arranging meetings with vendors.
I would provide outstanding customer service by maintaining knowledge of current Metro by T-Mobile sales and promotions. Assist customers in qualifying, finding, and selecting products. Identify new sales opportunities through effective closing techniques. Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. I would also maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
