Summary

I started working at Buffalo Wild Wings when i was about 16, i started off as a hostess. Around 2.5 years later i started to train as a waitress, i tend to learn quickly at most things so i trained for about 4 days before i was alone on the floor. I have moved away from this Buffalo Wild Wings but i did transfer to the one in Grand Rapids. I lived there for about a year before i moved back home and also transferred back to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Gaylord.

I was responsible for making sure all customers had a positive experience, for cashing out my guests and giving back the correct change, for checking in every so often to make sure nothing was needed and they were satisfied.


I was also responsible for greeting the customers with a happy, cheerful smile when they walked in, making sure the area around the tables were clean and the entire restaurant was fully sanitized.
