I was the over night coach I was responsible for keeping up with my team of about 20 to 25 people a night, making sure they were stocking properly, their work performance, attendance, holding associates accountable if they were not meeting their work performance. Keeping up with my team leads making sure they were training and teaching new associates properly.

I was responsible for hiring my team making the schedule for the store, their work performance, attendance, keeping inventory on track , make sure payroll was correct each week , keeping up bank deposits. Making sure planograms was keep up to date and also the price changes was done properly.

My role as a team lead was running my department making sure Mods were done price changes all my freight was done properly checking my back stock daily to keep my department stock correctly. Then checking on my team members to see if they were zoning and keeping up with returns from the department.

My role at McDonald’s was running the kitchen keeping up with inventory. Make sure all orders went out correctly.

My responsibilities as an assistant manager at KFC was running the kitchen making sure inventory was correct each week. Made sure orders were going out properly.
