Reading input from customers using the AI on Scribble to see if the transcript was correct, alter the transcript to be medically correct, correct spelling and accurate to the conversation. The edits go back to the engineers for them to do the update and toll out a new version. I am trained to pitch the program and show all the ins and outs of the program and why we are superior to others.

• I am responsible for any shift as a flex schedule. These shifts include triage, customer service and patient care. I am skilled in catheter placement, radiography, venipuncture, animal restraint, client communication and infectious disease protocols. I can handle emotionally charged situations, deal with financial constraints and maintain patient/ client/ case confidentiality. I was employed as a full time , flex schedule employee.

• Emergency veterinary technician seeing all animals from all animals sold at Petco, sugar gliders, rabbits, exotic/pocket pets/ avian species, wildlife, dogs and cats. Regularly responsible for placing NG tubes, sampling catheters, indwelling urinary catheters, unblocking male cats, central lines and critical care management. Working towards VTS currently and comfortable with most species. Anesthetic monitoring of ASA 2-3 regularly with occasional ASA4.

• Until June 2015 I was the lead RVT at this location and was responsible for training, assisting in the hiring process as well as disciplinary actions. Drug logs, advanced dentistry, customer relations, OSHA training, AAHA certification, and interpersonal relations also fell under my duties. I still currently work relief at this location.

• I am currently a contracted employee that works weekends performing dental procedures to improve health and adaptability of the animals waiting for adoption. I also help out with daily rounds for the “to-do’s” addressing the health and welfare of the animals within the shelter. I also am the second technician that helps with the additional spay and neuters/ special surgeries like amputations, enucleations etc.

• I currently am working here as a relief technician in 3 different departments. I currently work ICU, ICW and the ER department. I am mostly on call. My duties range from triage, critical care monitoring to stable hospitalized patient care.

• Surgical technician with responsibilities that spread from the front of the clinic with customer relations to the back of the hospital with inventory control, controlled drug monitoring, surgical prep, advanced dental procedures and hospitalized patient monitoring.

• I was the lead RVT and main surgical technician for this particular location. I was also responsible for OSHA/ workplace safety and maintaining strict cleaning policies. Training most of the new employees and standardizing operating procedures were also part of my job duties.

• I was responsible for the graveyard shift which includes triage, customer service and patient care. I am skilled in catheter placement, radiography, venipuncture, animal restraint, client communication and infectious disease protocols. I can handle emotionally charged situations, deal with financial constraints and maintain patient/ client/ case confidentiality. I am currently only employed as on an call basis.

• I was the office manager of this practice and was responsible for a wide breadth of tasks. I am responsible for all employee relations, customer service, inventory, food ordering, pet grooming, patient care and client education. I am also responsible for collections, accounts receivables and performing RVT related tasks.

• My position was Community Surgery Coordinator and as such I was responsible for daily cleaning of the treatment, prep and operating rooms as well as client communication, scheduling surgeries for the senior students, patient care, charges and interpersonal communication.

• I was responsible for restraint, medicating, weighing, treating foxtail injuries, neonatal care and herd management. I also was responsible for helping with breeding and shearing.

• I was responsible for triage, venipuncture, radiology, critical patient care, financial aspects and anesthesia monitoring. I learned how to deal with critical emergencies, emotionally charged situations, client/patient/doctor confidentiality and multitasking with critical emergencies.

• I was lead nurse at the South Sacramento location which included hiring/firing/disciplinary action, training, overseeing all treatments in treatment area, customer service, client retention, client education and RVT tasks. I was also responsible for ordering supplies and inventory control.

• I was responsible for cashiering and monitoring the tool corral. I helped with inventory recovery, facing shelves with advertisement, customer education, Do-It-Yourself seminars and tool demonstrations. I helped with inventory control and management.
