1/2 Marathon Runner, 15 Yoga practitioner.

For me, running a half marathon has been a big accomplishment, because demands physical endurance, mental strength, preparation and commitment. It also gives me the chance to fundraise for charity to different organizations in need. It also helps me to be motivated in my life.

As a Yoga practitioner throughout the years I have became more persistent yet patient,  with myself.  Each day when I do  yoga, I feel that I am building up more confidence, and I am more happy oriented woman, Yoga helps me to conquer my goals with a better perspective in life.
