Kindhearted, Patient, Verbal, Happy, Upbeat, Strong, Serious, Friendly, Approachable.

I enjoy spending my working days with my residents. I am so happy that I get to be there for them, help them, make them smile, and pull out bits and pieces of who they were when they were younger. I love seeing their creativity come out in different crafts or music. I enjoy talking with their families on a day to day basis. I love the smiles on their faces when we return from a fun outing. To be appreciated by elderly who do have Alzheimer's or dementia is truly a great feeling. Knowing that I have changed their day in the slightest way and brought out the best in them is truly rewarding. I take my job role very seriously and will not stop until my task at hand is finished. To receive compliments and grace from family members is a very great feeling. If I have smiled and laughed all day with my residents, I have accomplished my day with them.
