I work side by side the company owner as his sole administrator and carry out tasks such as overseeing rental units & tenants, basic accounting in Quickbooks & online banking, placing & managing orders for new build house needs, organize and maintain electronic records, ensure utilities are set up appropriately, help with permitting & insurance needs, scheduling of contractors/handymen; basically anything and pretty much everything to help the owner out in order to grow his business.
