  • Designed and implemented a lung cancer screening tool to identify patient at high-risk for the development of lung cancer.
  • Collected and analyzed clinical data outcome to evaluate intervention effectiveness.


  • Using a Screening Tool to Identify Primary Care Patients at High Risk for Lung Cancer: A Quality Improvement Study
  • To increase the number of low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) scans offered to patients at a family practice who are at high risk for the development of lung cancer and bring clinic practice in alignment with the current United States Preventive Services Task Force lung cancer screening guidelines.
