Additional Information

i have been caring for my elderly and disabled mother for several years. i have been responsible for all of her care and care management for over 10 years. she resides with me and i am involved in her daily care and meeting her needs. she is currently a member of PACE and goes to the Eastpointe office. i have a lot of clinical hands-on experience however minimal in a official capacity.
