VIP PROGRAM

  • Maintain signed customer agreements
  • Ensure new rates, new agreements, and changes are processed in a timely manner in SAP Enterprise
  • Serve as liaison for new customers between Sales Administration, AR, and Order Entry
  • Serve as liaison between Ashland City and Johnson City for new agreements
  • Create, review, and distribute VIP reporting for customers
  • Process check requests for contractor payments


COMMISSIONS

  • Create, review, and distribute commission reporting for all of NAWH
  • Responsible for distribution of AOS-State commission reports monthly
  • Keep current record of commission reps and their agreements and report all changes to ensure proper distribution of reports

  • Provide admin support for new vendor setups and obtain approvals

  • Assist with Lowes deductions review process and enter chargebacks
  • Perform price overrides for Order Entry and for employee purchases
