Community Engagement

• Facilitated creation of two major community events addressing food insecurity and school supply shortages in Tennessee’s third poorest county. Formulated comprehensive fundraising strategy across multiple agencies to ensure program sustainability.
• Restructured local food ministry by forming a leadership team inclusive of both contributors and recipients to amplify community needs.
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Community Engagement at the local high school, assisting students in need of food and personal hygiene items.
• Partner with United 4 Hope, a local organization, bringing together churches and public schools to see students thrive and our communities transformed.

Fundraising and Development

• Secured denominational grants for special projects through effective proposal writing.
• Led a successful multi-year giving campaign, cultivating an environment of sustained generosity.
• Collaborate with the Board and the Director of Finance to create and maintain a sustainable yearly budget.
