  • Enter all trade-in and purchased used equipment into our PFW system, as well as update reference pricing.
  • When trades arrived, making sure all attachments arrived with trade, and trade arrived as it was supposed to.
  • Communicated with all Jesco service departments throughout about used equipment costs to repair equipment.
  • Opened all work orders for used equipment for the company.
  • Photograph all used equipment, including traveling to all branches as time allowed.
  • Kept the Baltimore Used Equipment yard in order, as that was my on-site location.
  • Take care of all marketing efforts for Machinery Trader. Which involves uploading all pictures and pricing for each unit advertised. Removing items when sold and uploading new ones.
  • Handled all inbound used equipment buyer calls from Machinery Trader. In territory I passed on, out of territory I handled for the company, and sold to the customer.
  • Worked with the Director of Mid-Atlantic to price and update the 'Hit List' for the company.
  • Assisted with auctions, keeping track of when they were sold, trafficking them to the site locations, and managing the machines that were selected for certain online auction sites, such as Auction Time.
