I did inventory and organized the fresh cut selection of the fruit and vegetables where I would come in at 4AM and leave at 1PM or later for 4-6 days a week. I then cut up many fruits and vegetables to make specific prepackaged produce to fill in the missing slots on the shelf. I did all this while maintaining standards and sanitation protocols.
