Additional Information

Looking at the work history the 20+ years of me not having a job to report may seem very undesirable. But I assure you I was working & quite busy. I was a Stay @ Home momma. I had my first child (& only son) in December of 2001. Then 6 girls followed, having or being pregnant every other year. It was my only dream at that point, the only thing I wanted to do was raise my babies. And that’s what I was dedicated to. My last child, is now 5 years old & started school this year & I am more determined than ever to find my spot in the workforce. My skills are definitely in organization & taking care of children & the elderly. I would love to be seen for all I have done that can not necessarily be put down as “work history” and given the opportunity to work somewhere I can put all of my skills and knowledge to use & given the chance & opportunity to learn the things I am not aware of or have not used/done before.

As a single mom of 6 daughters ranging from 19-5 years old, and my only son having been killed 3 years ago, I am not only dedicated to giving my best & learning everything I can, but I also desperately need to work & provide my girls (and self) the things in life that they deserve beyond morals, character & love.

THANK-YOU. -Amanda Fontenot
