Activities

2008 - Being a first time manager for Manchester Animal Hospital, I was unknowingly subject to Labor Board, DEA and OSHA violations. I learned to fix violations, present the changes in court and create protocols to protect the hospital and team.

2019 - I Rebranded McGrath Animal Hospital to Billerica Veterinary Hospital. We changed our negative reputation and increased new patient and client numbers, as well as increased our standards of care. Billerica is now an AAHA accredited hospital with an improved EBITDA

Coached 4 new Practice Managers

Kara (Thrive Pet Healthcare Wedgewood), Jackie (Clark Animal Hospital), Amanda (Billerica Veterinary Hospital) and Oliver (Newton Animal Hospital)

I have always loved doing new things, improving teams and hospitals, and coaching other managers to exceed
