I have been a tradeworker my entire adult life. My adolescence I did farmwork. Every minute counted. Everything that was needed was done. I took care of my neighbors. I have been a welder, a mechanic, a caretaker for my elderly neighbors. I have also been a physical support for my mom and a supportive pillar for my daughter. Nothing stops me. Work needs to get done, and it will get done
Setup/teardown machines, crash investigations, repair/replace tools or components as required. Training operators on new jobs. Prove out unknown programs per engineering. Also have to carry out supervisor roles such as reorganization of scheduling and emergency setups of certain areas to keep production going
Assistant to the store manager. Customer service, stocking, inventory management, responsible for large money counting. Schedule making and always and standby. Had two store managers released to other locations and covered all hours as needed. Scheduled all days according to coverage, availability and profitability with minimal time loss
