In house expert in Energy Transition projects, establishing company's first sustainability report and strategic and tactical GHG projects globally. Won company’s most profitable exploration and production contract for Chevron Bangladesh in harsh high-pressure environment in first nine months of employment, TCV $63 million. Successfully increased budgeted revenue +20% by managing accounts and upselling. Brought three additional strategic partnerships online with major independent Geothermal companies. Added $1.2 billion to pipeline.
• Crosby Energy, Production, Major Capital Projects, O&M (Nov. 2019 - current)- Chief Strategic Advisor to CFO and VP Operations for 700 O&M crews supporting major capital projects through advanced strategic account plans, metrics, and solutions documents returning $68 million in revenue to company in 6 months. Drafted new employee handbooks, QHSE and driving policies, developed pandemic plans and financial support criteria during COVID-19 response, ensuring contingent workforce remained paid at height of the pandemic with zero downtime.
• Transocean, Offshore Drilling Projects (Dec. 2018 – Oct. 2019)- Commercial Contracts & Bidding Advisor for the Americas responsible for all ITT development, contract drafting & execution, pricing assurances, mid-term reviews, insurance validations, regulatory compliance, QHSE, technical and scope assurances. Closed integrated project services contract for 3+1+1 term Canada and a 2+1 term Gulf of Mexico, TCV $250 million.
• Hess Legal, Supply Chain and Major Capital Projects (Jan. 2014–Oct. 2015)- Capital projects and contracts advisor to Supply Chain, Upstream & Midstream teams. Proposed, negotiated, and closed 60 critical supplier agreements including all EPC contracts for upstream gas facilities and land/offshore assets in less than eight weeks that remained in the queue for 24 months prior to my engagement, TCV $1.2 billion. Drafted and closed Hess’s first Midstream Infrastructure & Operations projects agreements and implemented Terminal Rail Operations Agreement- negotiated and closed all project agreements and engineering agreements to accompany project in less than 30 days, TCV $100 million. 72 months after contracts closed – this project generated $3 billion in revenue recognition for Hess.
