Summary

I am currently a paraprofessional with 13 years of experience. During those years, I have worked as a para for our school’s occupational therapist, in our intensive skills classroom, and in general education classrooms. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of learners.

I hold an emergency substitute license and am currently serving as a long-term maternity substitute for the Specials Art teacher for grades 3-5. Additionally, I am in the process of obtaining my one-year non-renewable teaching license. Last fall, I completed my student teaching in a kindergarten classroom, and much of my paraprofessional experience has been in kindergarten through second grade.

I have a natural ability to connect with elementary students, creating engaging and supportive learning environments where they feel encouraged to grow. I am deeply passionate about helping them excel in their educational journey.
