My duties as GM included running shift during peak hours and making sure everything runs to company standards. Other duties include scheduling, taking inventory and ordering product, running numbers for the store and making sure we are hitting labor and food cost. I was also in charge of cash handling for the store. I was also in charge of making sure the store was meeting brand standards and meeting any goals one a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

I was in charge of running shifts on a daily basis. Some of the duties i was in charge of were, being online during peak hours and making sure the shift was running smoothly and that the drive-thru numbers were improving and that the employees on shift were doing there job to the best of there ability. Along with running shifts I was in charge of Inventory and truck orders, scheduling and cash handling duties.
