Coaching Philosophy

My goal as a coach is to give my student-athletes everything they need to progress into great, inquisitive individuals. Once an individual becomes inquisitive they gain the ability to ask questions and thus can be on track to understanding the process and reasoning behind why things occur. It is through the inquisitive mindset that student-athletes become students of their sport, not only being physically invested but also educationally invested. This allows for them to question and understand every aspect of their sport and then begin to trust the process. It is only then that the student can evolve into selfless leaders with grit, perseverance, respect, and the desire to have true service leadership qualities.
