I currently am a charge nurse of 34 residents at this moment; up to 50. I am a good delegator and organized. I am highly motivated. I have good management skills working with other staff. I take orders from physicians and insert them into the computer . Ensure medications are ordered. I administer medications, tube feedings, treatments ordered. I give injections as ordered. I direct overall resident care. Assessing residents for change or any other needs.
