- Implemented Value Stream engineering standards and set strategic direction to mature and evolve Analytics Data Products (ADPs), growing production footprint from 0 (in 2020) to 130 deployments (in 2023) and enabling 40+ analytics use cases. All ADPs designed and built to achieve 100% automation, 100% cloud with 99.9% uptime.
- Led a cross-enterprise team on behalf of the Data Engineering Chapter to deliver Data Engineering standards & best practices across all of Travelers.
- Established highly successful methodology for recruiting, interviewing and onboarding resources into the Value Stream. Used this methodology to grow Value Stream from 3 to 60 Data Engineers over course of 4 years and shared efficiencies with broader ED&A.
