As a level one equipment operator it was my duty to ensure the line moved in a smooth consistent manner. It was also my responsibility to make sure all equipment and packaging met all HACCP requirements.

After three months as an equipment operator I was promoted to a level three position. My duties included making sure the line continued to move by immediately fixing issues thst arose, making sure employees on the line were following all safety and HACCP requirements, cleaning equipment, filling out any paperwork associated with cleaning and CIP, and relaying any important information to the shift coming in.

My duties in sanitation were to pay close attention to the CIP process by making sure chemical injection and temperature of equipment was reaching the required amounts. I also fixed any leaks that occurred with equipment. I had a daily checklist of equipment that needed to be cleaned and sanitized as well.
