  • Coded Acute Pain for both outpatient consults, inpatient consults, and acute pain progress notes using E/M leveling.
  • Entered all of these charges into the EPIC system and followed up any claim edits or denials.
  • Coded all Radiology Bone charges including XRAYS and CT scans and entered them into the Epic system.
  • Applied appropriate ICD-10 diagnoses codes to all charges.
  • Cross trained in all areas of E/M leveling including outpatient, Inpatient, Emergency Medicine, and consults.
