  • My team and I were the first to be taught how to use the new systems such as the use of the ABM’s for deposits and the Kiosks for several request such as an Embassy Letter
  • This was in an effort to have clients see how easy technology is to use to allow for their transactions to be completed in an efficient and effective manner without going into the banking halls, Tasks included greeting customers and ascertaing the type of transaction(s) they are doing, Providing customers with information about products, assisting with the use of the Kiosk as well as the Intelligent ABMs, Assisting at the information desk (although this was not a part of my daily duties)

Data Collections Team

  • The numerous paper works which were sent to the company’s centralized loan office was not always being updated electronically
  • As such this project was to tackle this difference in information and to ensure that all branches had access to the updated information
  • Tasks involved doing a reconciliation of the information on files against what was stored electronically if there was a difference in information same was updated electronically.

Data entry clerk

  • This activity was in an effort to have the bank maintain more updated information on its clients so as to better market and communicate its products
  • This effort was such a success and my knack for detail allowed me the other opportunities above with the bank
  • Tasks included requesting dossier from the vault team, checking the banks programs to ensure that the loan account for that dossier was still open
  • If loan account was still open the necessary information was inputted to the National Security Interests in Personal Property Registry website.
