-Completing Payroll every Monday
-Ensuring the team completes all training, punch corrections and cut overtime on a daily basis.
-I assist team members with any questions they have regarding anything to do with HR, benefits and daily trouble shooting.
-I am a safe space for team members concerns and I assist with problem solving to find the best possible solutions.
-I plan and conduct all orientations. This involves communicating with potential candidates every step of the hiring process. From explaining how the interview process works, doing job offers, scheduling orientations, explaining and staying on top of background checks, writing, reviewing and keying their training schedules, conducting orientations and checking in with new team members to ensure they are settling in nicely.
-I am in charge of the monthly fun events. Every month I create a full, fun, and colorful calendar listing all events, the leader/department responsible for the events and what metric we are celebrating. I review the budget each quarter and then I put together a list of possible fun events for the leaders to choose from if they don't want to think of something on their own. I work with each leader offering assistance and advice if I am able to ensure each fun event happens smoothly.
-I plan and execute the monthly You Awards. I send out two surveys each month. The first is asking the leaders to nominate a team member for the award and the second is asking the leaders to choose from the nominees who the winner should be. I then order their plaque through myemployess, and work with the leader of the winner to ensure they are prepared with the You Award template and prize budget. I then have all of the leadership sign a frame for us to put the template in before we deliver the award.
-I maintain the office paperwork. This includes the daily boards I need to update, the monthly filing, Punch Corrections, and the yearly bounce back in February.
-Every Monday I send an attendance report to all the leadership to ensure we are having all necessary conversations.
-I maintain the TMSC brand by attempting to make sure the leaders keep a clean work space, ensuring boards are set to planogram and ensuring the breakroom if stocked and clean.
-I process donation requests. I handle the budget, meeting with the people requesting the donation, and filing the paperwork.
