Store Manager
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of store, maintaining a clean, safe environment for customers and employees.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to maintain positive relationships with clientele.
- Maintain weekly meetings with accountant to evaluate outstanding debts, bills paid, open purchase orders, and payroll against monthly revenue.
- Collaborate with vendors to identified new market trends and to proactively adjust buying strategies to stay competitive.
- Perform calculations off all staff hours, overtime, vacation, and sick hours to provide accurate data to payroll processing database.
