  • Manage Projects request from start to finish by reviewing constructions plans and designs to assess where encroachment permits and traffic control plans are required, communicate with agencies on timelines for obtaining permits so crews can perform work safely while adhering to client construction schedules dates.
  • Collaborate with Southern California Edison (SCE) Environmental Department, Government Lands, Railroad and Easements organizations to work concurrently in obtaining all constrains to accurately meet agreed upon ATP (authorization to proceed) construction dates.
  • Successfully managed a $60,000 monthly budget resulting in on time delivery and staying within budget while maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to SCE’s safety protocols, work practices and client satisfaction
  • Project Managed County of Ventura’s “wildfire mitigation permit” by managing construction start work dates from SCE District crews and four of SCE approved contractors. Successfully scheduling over 2200 work orders in the “high fire” area while responsible for costs at completion over a 3-year period

  • Manage the Planners’ designs for electrical distribution systems from the initial design to work order scheduling and completion, including pricing, invoicing, and communicating with Planner’s and third-party customers to provide SCE’s customers with the most cost efficient and economical designs while also providing support to entire Planning Department.
