  • Built Elevance Health’s current brand media and creative agency of record capabilities from the ground up including: RFP efforts to consolidate formerly fragmented creative and media operations, significantly improved resource and operating models and the integration of upper and lower-funnel advertising functions. This action is saving Elevance Health more than $4M annually.
