Summary

As a nurse, the core of my profession lies in empathy, care, kindness, evidence-based practice, teamwork, critical thinking, and technical skills. The best nurses are problem-solvers who excel at connecting with others, actively listening, and understanding different perspectives and values. I am driven by the focus of nursing - helping individuals achieve their full health potential while maintaining open and honest communication. In my future as a nurse, I am committed to listening to my patients' needs, both verbally and non-verbally. Providing the best care and staying up-to-date on best practices will be my priority. I recognize the importance of education in the hospital setting and plan to prioritize teaching to empower my patients and give them more control over their health.
