2-1-1 Navigation Specialist's are responsible for assisting the public, social service agencies, health providers and or other agencies in identifying resources within health and human services. Uses exceptional customer service techniques and crisis intervention for responding to multi-channel communication inquiries; phone calls, emails, text, chat to collect information, assess needs, and provides information about resources available.
Mental Health Case Managers provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) which are goal-directed supports and solution-focused interventions to persons diagnosed with a mentally illness; and develop individualized treatment plans with their clients. Mental Health Case Managers work with clients, family, support networks and other healthcare professionals supporting clients with making progress toward the goals of their individualized Treatment Plans. They provide the client with on-going monitoring, support, and training in self-care, social integration, skill-building and health maintenance. They help clients to identify and mobilize supports that will be responsive to the clients’ individualized needs. Mental Health Case Managers help clients to identify and minimize problems which interfere with the client’s financial management, healthy personal development, and school or job performance.
Provides/Coordinates crisis intervention as needed with individuals, families, and groups. Assists clients with effective response to or avoidance of triggers that would risk their ability to remain in a community setting. Collaborates as appropriate and coordinates care with social service providers, medical care providers, family members, landlords, and other Nord Center staff associated with client's treatment plan. With clients' participation, implements ITPs to support their optimal functioning in the least restrictive environment in additional settings, services, and levels of care.
Resident Advisor is directly responsible for observing and monitoring the movements of residents and others throughout the facility and it's premises; maintaining facility in a safe, sanitary, secure and orderly condition; supervising residents in accordance with rules and regulations performs other related duties as required.
Transport juveniles on probation to and from Intervention Programs. Conducts home visits when needed. Assists in coordinating and participating in various recreational, cultural, educational, and therapeutic activities with program youth.
Help new owners get started and current ones get quick, efficient support, while developing strong, positive relationships with Apple. Quickly assess customer issues if they need assistance. Take care of customers with advice or a solution on the spot, using the knowledge of current Apple technology to help with iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices.
Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for assistance and information. Provide dispatch and communication support services for police and related services. Experience with CAD and LEADS
