Facilitating full time care for two children 35 hours per week. When the position began, the oldest child was three and the youngest child was six months.

Duties included:

*Providing nutritious meals and snacks

*Providing hygiene needs for both children

*Maintaining schedules

*Maintaining play areas

*Children’s laundry once per week

*Activities, play dates, classes, field trips outside of the home several times per week

*Crafts, play time, music and reading in the home

*Providing open communication with parents

Achievements included:

*Successfully potty training children

*Assisting in developmental milestones (crawling, walking, reading, etc)

*Sleep training

*Preparing both children for school

*Working with both children (especially their oldest who is speech delayed) on language skills

Fostered a positive environment for two children (ages seven and ten) who were in the midst of distance learning.

Duties included:

*Keeping children on task and prepared for online meetings

*Providing mental breaks with games, activities, trips to parks and nature centers

*Assisting in homework

*Providing nutritious meals and snacks as well as involving the children in the process

*Maintaining common areas and ensuring the children kept up with their chores

*Children’s laundry once per week

*Providing excellent communication with both parents

Achievements included:

*Navigating the unprecedented Pandemic times with two children who wanted to be with their friends

*Making meaningful connections with both children

*Learning when each child needed me to step in to help, and when to let them try for themselves

Providing full time care in a nanny share for two families and four children. The moms from each family are best friends and lived a block away from each other. Family one: divorced parents to five year old girl and almost three year old girl at the start of employment. Family two: parents to five year old boy and three year old boy

Duties included:

*Maintaining the schedules of four parents and four children

*Juggling different households, expectations and rules

*Daily school and activity drop offs and pick ups

*Preschool preparation

*Daily activities outside of the home

*Laundry, maintaining living spaces and keeping things in order at all three homes

Achievements included:

*Earning the love and trust of the older children who were not sure about me when I began

*Gratitude and appreciation from all four parents on a regular basis

*Teaching children to read
