With several years of supervisory/leadership and kitchen experience and a background in managing high volume, fast paced environments with a genuine interest in this field I believe I am a wonderful candidate for this role.
I have been with Whole Foods Market since October of 2018, and have worked in various roles since I started with the company. I have a passion for food and customer relations so I started in the produce department. I quickly moved up to order writing where I successfully managed all BOH and FOH inventory for successful purchasing while maintaining KPI and all budgets and from there I moved into an Associate Produce Team Leader role, and am currently the Produce and Floral Team Leader. I believe that my several years with the company shows my commitment and how I stick around.
During my time in these leadership roles I am proud to reflect on the successful execution of many projects and accomplishments I have taken part in, including planning and executing holiday events, creating/improving SOPs, driving success through improving in-stock and budgeting metrics, maintaining the highest cleanliness and sanitation standards, and so much more.
Before my time at Whole Foods Market I managed a cafe and bakery called Sweetgrass Food Company, where I oversaw all daily operations in the kitchen, bakery and cafe/juice bar. While Sweetgrass is no longer in business, I still cherish the time I was able to spend with the owners to collaborate on business ventures, recipes, etc. Before Sweetgrass I managed the BOH operations of Sprouts Salads for two locations.
My combination of kitchen operations experience and strong business acumen make me an extremely adaptable candidate. I have strong communication skills and dedication in any position, and am eager to see what we could achieve together!
