Interests

One of my biggest interests is always improving in any environment I am in. Showing others they are capable of improving themselves in any position they are in. I am always willing to learn something new even if it is a last minute training. I am always interested first and will not say no if it means improving my work.

Accomplishments

My biggest accomplishment is getting to where I am now. I take pride in my work and go above and beyond where I am in work and outside of work. I have accomplished becoming tri state trained, webchat trained, pharmacy trained , learning coach and claims trained. I have shown a big accomplishment in myself when becoming a learning coach with my job. I admire being able to show new advocates the positives my job can bring. And just how far you can become as an advocate. Being able to expand my horizons and others in the work place has become one of the biggest accomplishments in any job I have had. I have received multiple recognitions since starting the company not only from my super visor but his supervisor along with members I have worked with. Taking a very escalated phone call and making it become a positive outcome for the company and myself has been a big accomplishment for myself since starting.
