Amazing birthday getaway

I took my wife to Margaritaville island resort in pigeon Forge for her birthday. We have stayed there over 20 times and love it. The room was great. Everything was clean and the staff was very accommodating. But the one person who stood out was Amanda from guest services. She was so helpful and nice. She worked on upgrading us for my wife’s birthday and left us with a nice gift in the room. She was always there to assist us whenever we needed anything with a smile on her face. She is an asset to this resort and she personally made our stay memorable.


Outstanding Service

We stayed here 2/21-2/24. It was our first visit to the Pigeon Forge area and first time at a Margaritaville branded hotel. We would certainly stay here again and definitely will look at other Margaritaville properties. From Michelle to Amanda to Sonja….the staff was amazing. We were celebrating my husbands retirement and our 30th wedding anniversary. They all made us feel so special. We ate at Fins one night and it was delicious. Cassie was an amazing server. Our room was a Fountain King Deluxe and did not disappoint. However, I will say if you want more peace and quiet stay on the village or river side of the hotel.

Great experience

We had the best time. The hotel room was clean with a well thought out design. They had a fridge and a microwave but also feel free to order room service from the Fins restaurant downstairs. The roof top bar was amazing and so relaxing that even though we were in the heat of everything we were transported to the islands. Ask for Marc and Amanda at the the front desk for top notch customer service.
