Motivated and driven to begin my professional journey, I bring enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping others. • I completed a certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, where I developed practical communication skills that directly apply in the workplace. I learned how to actively listen, adapt my communication style to different individuals, and remain fully present in conversations, which helps build trust with team members and customers. This training also strengthened my ability to understand behavior patterns, manage conflicts, and create more productive and positive interactions in professional environments.

• I earned a certification through Biznovator focused on skills that support workplace success and professional growth. I developed the ability to set and achieve SMART goals, manage time efficiently, and stay organized in fast-paced environments. The program also strengthened my leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities through hands-on projects. Additionally, I gained financial literacy skills such as budgeting and planning, which support responsible decision-making and long-term career development.
