Reading and understanding customers specific quality demands. Such as diameter size, tolerance, weight and footage. My responsibilities include drawing wire through a seris of precise set of dies to reach a custom order. Using a microscope to inspect finished wire for defaults. Operating and trouble shooting machinery that pulls wire from one size down to another onto specialized spool, maintaining the productions equipment on a daily basis. Ensuring my knowledge of the finished products is continually improving.

• Wire all Braun Ambulance starting from an out sourced wire harnesses into truck
• Responsibility include making sure all wires are running correctly back and throughout inner and outer of ambulances
• Insure that proper gaged wire is being used by following specific work orders written in verbiage print and being able to read computer electrical prints

• Body working painting and clear coating all inner defected areas of all Ambulances before and after costumer inspection
• Mud and Polly effectively being able to work with all tools from pressure pots, DA's, Grinders, Knifes, Paints Guns, Body hammers, various sandpapers and air lines
• Being able to blend one effected area inside of Ambulances to match overall space with Multispec and clear coat

• Managing and assisting associates to perform their daily job duties safely and successfully while maintaining schedule demands
• Responsible for the training of new associates
• Certified painter: Completion of Akzo Nobel/Sikkens product and application training for RV basecoat/clearcoat technology
• Certified for the ability and knowledge to prepare and paint complete RV body panels and perform defect repairs and to maintain and operate necessary tools and equipment
