- In 2016-2017 oversaw a $6.5 million exterior facade restoration project at a luxury high rise condominium building in Loring Park. In 2018-2019 coordinated a $650,000 construction defect repair project at a luxury condo building in the Mill District. In 2019-2020 worked on a $13.5 million restoration project at a 28 story condo building in North East Minneapolis. Most recently executed a $700,000 exterior restoration project at a building in the North Loop.
