Forms created based around logic utilizing recordkeeping systems' conditional workflow and business requirements that ensure requests are received and processed in a one-and-done fashion. Implementation of smart forms reduced NIGOs by more than 20%.
- Managed a team of 25 offshore representatives in Mumbai and Pune, India, ensuring professional development, high quality performance, and successful escalation and communication around business issues.
- Lead Tata Consulting Services (TCS) to internally-based team transition through to fruition by designing training plans and performing training first hand in India.
- Served as Six Sigma Black Belt Coach for active Green Belt New Plan Setup Variance Reduction Project. As Black Belt coach, I ensured Green Belt candidate follows Six Sigma methodology through to completion.
- Tracked day-to-day risks, issues and action items in an effort to avoid audit Management Action Plans (MAPs). Responsible for overseeing all audit walkthroughs.
