• Assist the senior pastor in planning all services
• Pick music and media for Sunday services
• Lead congregation in music, prayer, and the Word during Sunday morning services
• Spiritually lead and/or mentor the praise and sound team
• Rehearse the praise and worship team
• Recruit and train members for the worship team
• Develop and or prepare for special services for Christmas and Easter seasons
• Continuing education towards ordination
• Oversee Recruitment and scheduling for members of the sound and media team
• Prepare and review all media for the services
• Prepare and provide music for Wednesday night prayer service
• Catalog and organize physical and digital music files and also media
• Be a part of the life and activities of the in a way that is edifying to the church yet allows personal growth along with time for family responsibilities
• Take part in and support district activities and events per the senior pastor or district superintendent
• Be able to prepare and maintain a year budget

Lead worship one to two times a month.

Choose worship songs for main service.

Work with Pastor on picking special music.

Rehearse worship team and band.

• Serve as personal assistant to Belinda Shafer, Chief Strategy Officer.
• Manage daily functions in office setting, including answering phones/emails, filing, preparing incoming and out-going mail.
• Manage aged payables.
• Enter and organize daily information regarding heavy equipment, fuel usage, and bank cubic yards.
• Serve as secretary in all business meetings.
• Serve as historian for the business, which includes developing yearly DVD presentation of employees and job site.
• Run errands for office staff.
• Manage and Expense personal fiances for CEO and CSO of company.
