Conduct presentations about gender, sexuality, and intersectionality to corporations, professionals, families, and the general public of ethnically varied backgrounds

• Interact with C-level executives to create training curriculums and to corporations, professionals, families, and the general public of ethnically varied backgrounds.
• Deliver educational and inspirational presentations to audiences ranging from 50-1000 people on LGBTQ+ related topics
• Provide beneficial support and advice to C-level executives and non-profit organizations to help improve their DE&I initiatives in the workplace
• Implement research-based curriculum and instructional strategies for LGBTQ+ workplace inclusivity
• Conduct classes and workshops for clients on special topics of interest

• Conduct workshops and facilitate discussions monthly on topics such as gender, sexuality, and intersectionality to corporations, professionals, families, and the general public of ethnically varied backgrounds
• Interact with C-level executives to influence procedures and policies that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace
• Develops, oversees, and provides not-for-profit programs like community outreach, personal development, and other support programs
• Develop key operational initiatives to drive and maintain substantial non-profit growth
• Conduct research on the best practices for increasing representation at all organizational levels, including the board of directors, the senior leadership team (SLT), middle management, and entry-level positions, and provide recommendations for concrete actions that businesses can take to strengthen their approach to DE&I efforts
