JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF A REGIONAL DIRECTOR:
The primary function of the RD is to ensure growth of the offices she/he is assigned. This is achieved through the effective oversight of the Office Directors and productive Counselors, which includes staffing the office with an OD, sufficient HCs, MCs, and an NSR. The RD, in coordination with other
departments, makes sure Members receive excellent customer service, sound counseling and their files are reviewed according to NACA’s character based/compensating factor criteria within the required time frames. In addition, the job responsibilities also include the following:
Policies and Procedures : Implement and administer.
Staff Supervision : Supervise the services provided by Office Directors, Counselors, In-House Real Estate Agents, administrative staff, third-party vendors and others. Ensure Members receive comprehensive counseling to address all necessary issues including review of budgets, action
plans, etc.
