Three general responsibilities of a Licensed Challenge Director are recruiting and retaining families, preparing and leading a licensed program, and organizing and completing administrative tasks.

As a Challenge A Director I assumed all of the same responsibilities as a Challenge B Director with a different age level of students. The strands/subjects were the same but the material was different.
Foundations Tutors model learning the grammar of core academic subjects while encouraging students and parents in their educational journey. I accomplished that by facilitating all aspects of the weekly, community class time.
We began our homeschooling journey when our daughters were in kindergarten and 5th grade. Since taking the leap of faith, we have been blessed to be able to be very involved in their education and allotted them a better quality of life. I accepted roles in our CC Community as the needs arose. Each opportunity helped us with the following year's tuition as well as helped me to grow both, in knowledge, and as a person.
