Working on executing periodic CC&B refreshes of various Dev/Test/QA environments with respect to Production on frequent intervals adhering to respective project requirements.

Main components that involve in refresh process are Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Application, CC&B Database, MeterDataManagement (MDM) application and database and EnterpriseInformationManagement (EIM) Database and SOA components.

• Responsible for the refreshing the environments and work with multiple teams those are stake holders. Lead and participates in efforts to develop and implement processes for application and system monitoring and maintain application availability rate of 99.99%.

• Work and co-ordinate with DBAs, UNIX admins, Storage team and WebLogic operations on refreshes, compliance issues, production deployments and troubleshoot the issues.

• Work with technical architecture and development teams to resolve performance issues that occur as part of Refreshing CCB-MDM-EIM applications.

• Test and deploy Customer care and Billing Framework and application patches, custom packages, rollups, service pack upgrades and hot fixes by ensuring that changes are deployed in non-production environments (Development, Test, and QA), by following a detailed deployment plan before implementing the changes in production environment.

• Provide post-production implementation support, to ensure all the problem solving is met according to Service Level Agreement target.
