

Upon finishing culinary education at the Chef Academy, the journey led to Mongolian Airlines. This role involved the preparation of daily, fresh meals for around 189 to 230 passengers, encompassing a diverse range of dishes, including noodle soup, stir-fried beef, and vegetable salad. The focus of my tenure was on intricate in-flight catering procedures, with a specific emphasis on Boeing 727 and Boeing 737 aircraft.
