By the usage of data collection and organizational analytics, led process change from Maxor Pharmacy technology to Correct-Rx Pharmacy software with 40 employees and 1, 200 patients at Corizon Health Services, now called Yes Care, with Philadelphia Prison System in 2012. This change in process eliminated delay in receipt of pharmaceuticals so patients never again missed prescribed dosages.
