After the many years of working in the restaurant industry I’ve learned how to and enjoyed creating memorable dining experiences for restaurant customers. Skilled in anticipating customer needs, addressing complaints and resolving issues in timely manner. Maintains focus in stressful situations and high-volume environments. I would say that I am a dependable retail associate with experience in dynamic, high-performance environments. Skilled in processing transactions, handling cash, using registers and arranging merchandise. Maintains high-level customer satisfaction by smoothly resolving customer requests, needs and problems. I’ve worked in childcare before as a babysitter and nannying but I’ve learned a lot from being at the daycare. I am dedicated to supporting emotional, social and academic development of young children. Trained in developmental stages and knowledgeable about offering safe, nurturing environments to boost learning. Desire to complement education-based strategies with techniques to promote overall health and wellness. I am an Infant Teacher which has made me well-versed in keeping babies fed, well-rested and cared for. Good at building positive relationships with parents and keeping work areas clean, neat and sanitized. After all the experience that I’ve had with these jobs, I have learned that I do have a nurturing, compassionate desire to take care of people. To help them get better and to accommodate with what they want and need.
