- Accurately gathers complete financial and demographic information to ensure medical records/billing process flows efficiently.

- As the deployable project manager, lead annual civic projects for 3 years to support medical care for remote Alaskan community project; established the medical clinic from supplies, personnel and logistics to adequately provide routine and urgent care.

- Additional project manager for training exercise encompassing an evolution for over 3,600 members, establishing a health clinic with adequate supplies, staffing and as needed requirements for a 3 month duration conducting various training operations.

A direct logistical contingency force, constructed globally to sustain and support unit's medical requirements during exercises and contingencies.

- Acting Manager to a major clinic servicing over 1,600 patients, while supervising over 55 employees. Maintained and updated policies and regulations for the clinic. Additional oversight of clinic functions and daily procedures.

- As lead department trainer, ensured over 140 medical staff were qualified and properly credentialed. Facilitated over 80 classes in military medical trauma and lifesaving techniques.

• Key Accomplishment:

- Selected by the medical director to lead team of 27 members to obtain and maintain medical readiness percentage over 95% for over 3 months. Leading to division milestone and achievement medal recognition.

- Volunteer organizer and member for several important foundations to include Special Olympics and Feed the homeless events, gather numerous volunteers for a combined 200 plus hours of community enrichment and awareness.

A global team of national and international partners conducting persistent, networked and distributed special operations in direct support of the United States Africa Command to promote regional stability and prosperity in Africa.

- Orchestrated the entire urgent medical capabilities for remote clinics in 4 different African countries managing annual budget of over $500k. Screening and administering medication/vaccinations to be suitable for foreign travel in high risk endemic areas.

• Key Accomplishments:

- Selected by the medical director to assist in the plan for an annual exercise to establish the medical clinic essentials to include supplies, personnel and credentialing to adequately provide routine and urgent care in support of foreign military relations and overall growth.

A combined medical asset providing the Marine Expeditionary Unit with mission-essential combat service support to ensure readiness, sustainment, and mission capability are achieved and maintained.

- Meticulously managed all the unit supply coordinating and acquiring free issue material for remote clinic operations and expeditionary health care.

- Ensured all aspects as the Environmental/Safety representative were met according to JCAHO standards.

- Carried out all patient care technician responsibilities with the highest demands leading to positive recognition.
