Working with the children at the school aftercare program, included watch looking after at least 20 kids a day that would range from ages 5-12 while helping them with homework, studying, managing their snack time, and participating in activities such as board games or puzzles with them. Similarly, while working at Maggie Moose Bakery, exposed the various types of personalities among customers throughout a shift; handling customer service such as customers placing orders, purchasing items from the storefront, professionally handling an upset customer, as well as of training any new hire that was brought in to be part of the customer service team.
