Summary

With 14 years of experience in the US Navy as an electronics technician and 8 years as an inside wireman, I have gained many skills surrounding the electrical and electronics field. In the Navy, I have elevated from being a skilled technician to a Chief petty officer tasked with not only being skilled but mentoring, training, and leading junior sailors and junior officers. In my career, I have gathered 5 NECs and many qualifications. One that stands out is my Coxswain qualification which I achieved while mobilized to Djibouti, Africa. I also have a career as an inside wireman in IBEW LU 46. I have worked as a union electrician for seven years for VECA Electric and Technologies. With them, I have worked in the commercial/ industrial field running conduits, pulling wire, and installing devices, fixtures, and power distribution gear. I have installed and terminated fire alarms, lighting control, security, and programmable logic control systems. I have experience using the Trimble machine in the field, surveying and marking locations for future installations for underground and steel decks.
